    Mr. Hernandez is patient and will work with you on any design elements that you envision for your project, you get to choose your features such as tiles, backsplash, lighting, etc plus he will make repairs free of charge within 1 year of your closing date. That being said I do think his subcontractors cut corners on some building materials; I’m not sure whether he was aware or not. 1 year after our building was closed on, we’ve had major structural issues with AC vents malfunctioning, ducts leaking and have to pay exponential amounts on repairs. Multiple attempts have been made to reroute the vent with no luck due to bedrooms not getting the same amount of ventilation. The whole duct system needs to be replaced. This building is LESS THAN 2 years old. 2 kitchen sinks have already caved in (after blaming me for piling too many dishes, he did fix those). If anyone builds with this company, once your project is complete, do pay an out of pocket fee for inspection and demand they fix things. Every time I called for a repair during the 1 year warranty period, the owner’s first words were “but we passed inspection.” Makes me wonder whether the inspector was bribed. I will not use Shaddai for future construction projects.
