Shadday Stamp Concrete

Zero Star. Not sure if this company is still operational. I dealt with Paul Centeno, claimed to be the owner. He's a thief, a con-man, a liar, a scumbag. He will sweet talk you, and you end believing...I fell for it. Do not do business with this man or the company. I started dealing with them in March 2024, by October 2024 he had not finished the last part of the driveway resurfacing. Agree it took forever, rains did not help, but I had to stick with him because the project was already started and near finish. He basically took me for $1000. He asked me for the this $1K partial money on the balance so he could pay his crew. I agreed. He then disappeared and never finishing the last part of the job.
I still have the text messages of my constant chasing him. This Paul pos should be jailed. I didn't take the legal route because it would have been a waste of my time and $$, and my time was more valuable. Karma will eventually catch up to him, if it hasn't already.

The Name should be Shady, not Shaddy, he took a $10000 deposit and never did the work. I Researched him and he has an extensive criminal background and is here on a green card and has several judgments against him. In the process of filing a police report and reporting to the state attorney's office. Stay far away from this Company.

Spent thousands of dollars to have our driveway done and a side path. It’s been a year and a half, and the work still isn’t complete. Paul (the owner) keeps ghosting us. We now have flooding, mold and damage to our house/garage because drains STILL haven’t been installed and the driveway/path were installed incorrectly. He cut up our brand new fence to ‘fit’ a path underneath, built a lopsided back patio and installed a cheap pergola with materials that won’t hold any appliances. Took MONTHS to get a permit because he wasn’t submitting appropriate paperwork and now the permit has expired because he never finished the job. He has not been to our house in almost a year and rarely, if ever, responds to us. Unprofessional and a scam artist.

Best company! They did such a beautiful job on my driveway. Mike and his team were great. I highly recommend them; they do exceptional work. I have told all my friends and family about their company. Thank you so much Mike! I will definitely be contacting this company if and when I need any other work done.

My best advice is to run, run, run!! They are horrible. Mike enter our home alleging that his company is the best in Hollywood, and everything went left. John was rude, totally unprofessional, and dishonest. They were not even aware of restrictions in my historic neighborhood, never got back with me on the city's rejection of their proposal, approximately 4 to 6 mos. later I was informed by the city of Hollywood and then had to wait 3 months for them to refund my money. Run, run, run.

This has been the worst company. The sales guy really got me on this one. what i thought was a sweet old man was a HUGE LIAR. The job was poorly done. I have crack on the concrete just 2 weeks after the concrete was completed. When the floor is wet its a slip and slide i have to tip toe out the yard.

I do not recommend this company. I hired this company 3/29/2022, they told me they worked with a lot of the HOAs here in Broward County and would do all the follow up needed to get my HOA approval done. In April I was told they had sent the documents to HOA. In July I called my HOA and asked status and was told b HOA they had not received any documents from the company. Castilla was supposed to email me a copy of the documents sent to the HOA I did not receive an email until July after I told them that they HOA said they had no paperwork. I gave them a deposit on 3/29/2022. Between March and July I called and text and asked about status of job and they told me everything was on track. When they finally drove the documents to the HOA in July- paperwork was incorrect. MY HOA made several attempts to get in touch with them but had no response or voicemail was always full. It took several calls on my part to get documents needed. It has taken so long for this project to start I called them today and told them I wanted my deposit back. The owner hung up on me 4 times - at one point he told me to take him to court and I won't see the money back for a year. I explained that if I do that he is also going to pay my attorney fee which is more than my deposit. He told me to Very unprofessional company.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE JOB AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I TRIED GETTING THESE PEOPLE TO REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY THE BAD WORK WITH NO LUCK. UGLY PAINT LIFTED, CRACKED DRIVEWAY AND BUBBLES ALL OVER

I do no recommend Castilla Concrete. They are con artist. These people use many names and addresses. I thought I was dealing with Beautiful Stamped concrete; Instead it was Castilla Concrete. They took my money. They never did any work. I had to refer them to Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory & Economic Resources.

Do not use this company! First they told us one price then after they tore up my yard they said it would cost more money. Obviously we couldn't back out because our yard was already destroyed and we gave them a deposit. Then after the concrete was laid, we paid them and they never returned like they said they would to remove the wood frames or cut the concrete for stability. Now I'm concerned about it cracking.

This company was hired by the pool contractor to do the pool coping and pool deck. When the tile installers attempted to tile the pool they noticed the coping was not leveled and the pool deck was a disaster. Both the coping and concrete pool deck were beyond repair. After continuous calls to the owner the coping and deck had to be demolished. Thanks to his lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism our timeline for the pool has been pushed back. I am hoping that anyone interested in hiring this company take my advice, DO NOT HIRE HIM YOU WILL REGRET IT! ?

Wow!!!!!!!! After 3 months I gave decided to look into this company’s reputation, license and pursuing a legal complaint. I am in disbelief to find that the complaint given last month August 2019 was a replica of what I was about to report! I advise all those that consider this company to stay away! Not trustworthy, incompetent, and do not keep their word. I have had uneven tiles, cracked grout on floor tile. The driveway has taken 3 months and I am still waiting for completion.

The experience was good had everything done rain delay that’s all poor drive way and patio

I have had the worst experience dealing with this company. Paul came to my home to install a driveway. He knew he was not experienced in the job that he was hired to do. He sent workers out to my house to install the driveway. I have to continuously call him to come and make repairs. He always send someone to try to correct the job. When I call Paul he always has an excuse and continues to tell me he will come and correct the problem. The pavers are cracking and weeds are growing thru the drive way. I wish I had never used this company. I advise anyone to please don’t even consider hiring this company or you will regret it. Shadday concrete has to be the worst company in the world!!!

I agree with the 1st review. It took Paul 3 months to finish my driveway and during this time the name of his co. changed from Shaddai to Shadday. He had some kind of problem with Tallahassee.
One month after he finished pieces of concrete started breaking off between the tiles. The driveway was supposed to have a 7 yr warranty.
We called Paul many times over 5 months and it was one excuse after another. We even sent pictures so he could match the color when he painted the bare spots. It took six moths for him to show up. He said he wanted to see the color of the driveway.....after I sent him pictures. Anyhow I never heard from him again.Paul is worthless and I advise that you stay away from this so called co.

It has been a nightmare with this company. If you call it a company. If you are lucky they show up every other week 1 time during the week and for a few hours only. Paul is worthless. We are extremely dissatisfied with his work.
