True Custom Homes
We don't have a portfolio of 'standard' plans. We wouldn't think of asking you to settle with just moving a wall or two around and calling it custom. We build from your plans. Don't have plans yet? That's okay, we will work with you and your designer or architect of choice to design the home that meets your requirements and fulfills your dreams. As your builder there is no charge for this extra service.

We had purchased a prepared Shadden home in 2002. The craftsmanship was evident throughout- no corners cut and attention to detail in even the most inconspicuous spaces.
Now that children are grown, ready to downsize and want nothing less than another Shadden home like the one that gave us almost 2 decades of comfort and joy and wonderful memories!
