I first used Shaffer Landscaping for my yard renovations and new water feature, and after the wonderful job they did I tried out their maintenance services. I have been using them for the past 3 years now and just love them! They give me great service with affordable prices, I fondly recommend them!

I used their services to revamp the yard after buying property. All work was good, couple of plants did not make it, he did replace. I then used their maintenance service, that is where all went down hill fast. Anson sent other ones out to do work. This is a vacation rental, so I am not always there to see what is done. Plants were dying, trimming was only done if I requested, weeds were few enough they could be picked up, but instead the employee spent time filling the sprayer with water from my back area (not to be there), then had the nerve to tell me that he was only to be there for 20 min. He used 10 of those to get the water. He then on another visit, used the blower and blew into neighbors driveway, scaring the dog, neighbor cam out to see what was up and got dirt blown in his face. He then said, "sorry dude" no respect for his elders. Invoices were not always sent on time, and when 2 months sent together, reminded them that I needed separate one for each month. I have since discontinued their services and have called, text, e-mailed that I need invoice for May and June, separately. Even sent certified letter and still not correct. I cannot recommend Anson, not only for his attention to customers but also for their business practices.
