    $257,000

    I’m the owner of a chain of 9 nail salons. I have used GE Construction to build out the last 6. I have been satisfied with their performance. Other than typical construction project issues our projects have run smoothly and done is a reasonable time.

    Was to supposed to rewire a complete home including hvac units. Never completed the job keeps making excuses to why its not complete. Unreliable stopped responding to messages.

    New interior warehouse renovation

    Mr. Evans’ company GE Construction has recently completed the wiring and Hvac on our newly constructed 100k sq ft indoor U-Haul storage facility. Absolute great workmanship. This facility houses over 6000 storage units with a retail office. The work was completed and passed all inspections on schedule.

    I have recently contracted Mr. Evans to do an interior renovation of my restaurant Tazaa Cusine, Greensboro NC. It started as a 2500 sq ft office space and now has been converted it to a full service dine in restaurant. The finish product looks absoubley great. Im 100 percent satisfied.

    renovate a commercial building

    This guy has taken 30k from me and has not kept any of his promises. My completion date has been changed at least 6 times. He claims he sent some subcontractors in there that didn't do the work correctly. I'm opening up a business and because of him I have really went in the whole. I can't open up until I find someone else who can come and clean up the mess he started. And he really left a mess. I had to rent dumpsters and pay people to pick up his trash. So now I have a building that's in array and I can't work, so I'm paying out more money and can't make any. I'm paying out more money to finish what he's already been paid to do. Especially paying him and he hasn't completed one thing since he started in Oct. 2017. He was suppose to install a heating and air unit, have heat but no air. He was suppose to build a handicap bathroom. No door or wall up to the bathroom, sink/plumbing not connected. He was suppose to paint a 4000 sq. foot building. HORRIBLE paint job, walls patchy, did not get sanded down and smoothed before painting. He was suppose to put in vents and baseboards for HVAC system. Not done. I can go on and on!!! This is ridiculous. He claims he needs all this money up front to purchase equipment, then takes his time installing. I asked if you're a contractor, you shouldn't need all money up front. He said no contractor works like that anymore. He also gives one price then changes it 2 months later. Constantly says he's coming back to finish something that should've took only a few weeks. This guy has constantly milked me for money and unfortunately I'm still not to where I can open my business. This is truly a devastating loss. But you live and you learn. I would suggest no one uses this guy. He is so cold-hearted. Knowing he hasn't finished the job, he'll send text messages offering excuses and promises. And he still doesn't show up, which is why I'm writing this review. I've waited 6 months and still no results. Please beware of this guy. He only wants more and more money and won't complete one task. I have called the board of contractors and I am filing a complaint but I won't get any money back. So I WILL file a civil claim. This man has done no where near 30k worth of work. I asked for 10k back, he sent an emoji face laughing to me. I wish someone had of informed me about him before getting involved. I am deeply hurt by his actions.
