I called Shamrock on Wednesday, June 14th, and explained my plumbing issues and wanted to use their services because I had used them in the past. I was advised that someone would be available on Thursday, June 15th, and I was given several options for times. I said that any time between 1 and 3 p.m. would be great. This date and time was confirmed. No one appeared at any time between 1 and 3 and no one ever called. I called their office on three (3) occasions and my call immediately went to voice mail. Never heard a word since.
