Barry was hired to do the plumbing on the new construction of our house. He finished up the rough-in, but then when we needed him to come back to do the final on the plumbing, he never would call us back. I called and/or texted him no less than ten times and never did get any response from him. He was always paid promptly and there were no prior issues between him and us so not really sure what his problem was. Unfortunately, this seems to be the norm within the construction industry.
