    Addition kitchen remodel, deck
    $275,000

    Patrick and the Shamrock crew did an incredible job on our project that included building a 2-story 900 square foot addition (garage, deck, living room) and kitchen renovation (which included some additional work to reconfigure existing rooms). They took over the job after our previous general contractor bailed unexpectedly, and wow are we glad we switched to Shamrock. From the very thorough initial quote to the final touches, I was always impressed with the level of detail and quality of the work. At one point we had ten cars outside because of all the different tradesmen involved (chimney, plumber, electrician, carpenter, roofer). It's rare to find any company so coordinated, much less in construction where there are literally so many moving parts.

    Would highly recommend for any job!

    Complete renovation of 2,400+ sq ft condo

    We highly recommend Shamrock Renovations, LLC. as an excellent contractor. Shamrock specializes in new construction and renovation work.

    We recently worked with Mr. Patrick Kusler (Shamrock Renovations) for about 2 years on the total renovation of a 2,400-square-foot condo and their work was perfect. Mr. Kusler is a professional contractor who listens to the client, has excellent work relations with the architects, and produces a top-quality product. His attention to detail and his ability to bring in the best subcontractors and deliver what you want for your agreed-upon budget are spot on.

    This project was our once-in-a-lifetime dream, and their workmanship did not disappoint.

    Mr. Kusler has remained a resource even after the completion of the contract. For example, months after completion, we decided to install our window screens at our sliding doors. Since we found ourselves having some difficulties, we contacted Mr.Kusler and he arranged to have a member of his team come and do the installation for us. Critically, he immediately responded to our call when our upstairs neighbor’s washing machine overflowed and did damage to our ceiling, walls, and oak flooring. Mr. Kusler quickly gave us a repair work estimate to meet the insurance requirements and then he sent his team to repair drywall, repaint, and replace damaged oak flooring. He oversaw the work.

    Working with Mr.Kusler and Shamrock on a project means they support the client even after the project is completed.

    We can highly recommend Mr. Kusler and Shamrock. We have completed 5 renovations during our lifetime and he is, by far, the best contractor we have dealt with.
