We hired this company to change the openings and install some new windows. He told us they were a special order size so there would be a wait, He started in June, took the old windows out and put plastic over the openings while we waited for the new ones to arrive. We had to contact him several times over 2 months as we didn't hear back. Supposedly the windows fell off a truck and had to be re-ordered... He came in July and nailed plywood to the open area as the temps were in the 90's and it was very hot in the house. We finally got the windows in Aug. they were a poor quality, not what we were expecting. He never completed the work (putting trim around the windows) just 1/2 way stuffed a little insulation in the cracks around them. We had a problem with the screens, I called the company to get it replaced and found that these were NOT a special order and that they had sent them to him in June, there was no issue with falling off a truck. We will NEVER hire or recommend him again,
