Shoddy workmanship. Cuts corners by sub-contracting to non professionals. Good talker lousy builder. Suggest you really look into his past history. Shows legal settlements, complaints and if you can identify past owners you will get an earful. After buyer takes possession and discovers issues the contractor depends on his brother for majority of "fix it" and "call backs" but will not spend the funds needed to really correct the problem, uses bandage approach to sustain and elongate the complaint with the intent being to prolong the issue past the home warranty period he is obligated by law to provide in NJ.
