  Install a new HVAC and register it.

  We had them install a new HVAC system on July 3rd of 2019. Fast forward to 2022 and we’ve had to add coolant in April and a couple days ago in July.

  When the unit was installed, the only thing I was given was the bill of sale showing “paid in full”. No other paperwork. We were told that his company would register the unit with Amana (who requires it within 60 days). We still have texts showing where we sent him an email address which he requested for the registration on July 15th, 2019. Nothing was ever provided to us. We tried calling and was always given a runaround.

  This company has been closed since sometime in 2021 (the last Facebook post from a customer I could find was May ‘21).

  We now only have the basic 5yr warranty and at this point it is down to 2 years because Shane Proctor did not do what he said he would do.

  Amana also offers more than just the usual 10yr warranty:
  “To receive the Lifetime Unit Replacement Limited Warranty, Lifetime Compressor Limited Warranty, Lifetime Heat Exchanger Limited Warranty (in each case, good for as long as you own your home), and the 10-Year Parts Limited Warranty, online registration must be completed within 60 days of installation.“

  This is what he screwed us out of.

  Air conditioning unit needed fixen

  Yes he done a great job. Came out when we called him. Some one else had already came out and told us it was the compressor but it wasnt. Shane fixed our unit and we appreciate it dearly. We will call Shane when we need our unit worked on in the near future. He was awesome!
