Shane's A/c

Had to replace all my ductwork. And for family reason there was only one single day that I could have this work done.
So, these guys worked it out with other clients such that they'd be able to come work on my house on exactly that day I was able to be at the house. They were quick, their pricing was very competitive, their work was good and they sent me before and after pictures. Good package overall. I'd highly recommend them.

Just got back home from work after a hectic day, and guess what, my AC stopped working. With almost 100 degree temperature and high humidity, it was almost impossible for me to live without AC. I immediately called one of the local companies, they picked up the phone but inspite of my helpless requests, they clearly denied to show up. I was frustrated. Then one of my colleagues gave me Mr. Shane's contact number. He responded immediately. They reached my home quickly, and fixed the AC with utmost perfection. The persons came was polite, kind and very efficient in their work. Mr Shane was very much patient with my dumb questions regarding AC. This summer's crazy heat made my old a/c unit (that was on its last leg) give out on me. Thankfully, Shanes a/c & heat came out and replaced my unit with a quickness, (I dont knoe about you but I can NOT sleep good if it's too hot in my house and lack of sleep makes for a cranky momma lol) AND for a really good price! I mean come on, $237 plus a 12 years parts and labor warranty? You cant beat that. (Plus sleeping good at night again!)

My wife and I are very particular on who we hire for a contractor job. Especially when it comes to a maintenance repair we haven't deal with in the past. Unfortunately, our A/C went down after ten months of purchasing our first home in Katy, TX. After some research online, we found Shane's A/C & Heat company. We verified that he was licensed & insured by the state. His services offered were in range to what our A/C problem could have. We decided to schedule Mr. Shane to get a free estimate and tell us what our A/C problem was. Shane, came the very next day and send us a message when he was on the way and did not make us wait all day. Gave us a detail explanation of the A/C problem, along with all the options we had. Shane was very friendly, professional and patient with some of our dumb questions, LOL. But, also being that my wife and I are first-time homeowners, we are cost-conscious. So, not only did we got an affordable and comfortable payment option for the repair but we got our A/C running again in less than a day. Awesome. I called in at 3:00 pm on a Saturday, and received good customer service. The customer service took my name, address and contacts and told me they would be intouch. In less than 2 - 3minutes, I got a call to schedule a time for repairs. Now my heater works fine. I am so excited about this. Thank you Shanes A/C and Heat!

My AC went out unexpectedly over the weekend and I was completely miserable while trying to get some sleep. I couldn't take it anymore, so I searched online for someone to come out and fix it. My prayers were answered when I found this company on a google search in my local area. They were able to finance the unit I needed along with a 12 yr warranty, and showed up that same night to replace my old one. I love this company, and will continue to do business with them in the future.

They assembled and installed my ceiling fan. I am pleases and will call them again.
