Not impressed. Contractor for Sears, didn't choose them personally. I would not recommend of refer them to anyone. Did sub-par quality work, had to return after inspection to redo work that should have been done right in the first place. Had legitimate concerns about the equipment and contacted George (owner) multiple times to get them back out to address my concerns. George strung me along for over 6 weeks before he finally said "it would be a waste of my time to come out". He then got nasty and rude. Nice customer service. Save yourself the grief, avoid Shannon heights.
