This was the worst experience we've ever had with a contractor. Lou Denny installed our boiler in the winter of 2011-2012. Since then, it has leaked repeatedly, stopped working dozens of times and finally quit in February. Mr. Denny fails to show up to make repair appointments, and this past February, left us in the cold with no working furnace. He didn't answer our multiple calls or emails.
