I needed help with my Generac Home generator and called Shark Electric because Generac sent me a list and I love the name! A guy name Sal came into our lives and we are better for it!! He kept in touch with me about my appointment through TEXT, which I loved! He was on time and SO helpful. He helped me with some great information about my generator and tips to care for it! Most people just come and do the work and aren't bothered with giving necessary instruction to keep your product in working order. He even took the time to show my 11 year old son important steps. Thank you so much Sal!
