As a manager of a large apartment community, I have tried other pool supply and maintenance companies. Although they said they were certified, they just did not know how to maintain our pool and spa with an automated chemical feeder. As a result our pool and spa were closed more than they were open. I have been using Sharky LLC for the past two years and he knows how important our pool is to our residents and we finally have a pool and spa that our residents love to use! I will definitely continue to use Sharky LLC for all of our pool and spa chemical and maintencance needs.

Sharky LLC has provided expertise for our recreation association pool for two years. He has been knowledgeable and helpful, especially with some of our older equipment. He always suggests ways to save money and his prices are very reasonable. We will continue to use his services.

Sharky Llc did a pool remodel for me. He actually finished under his bid price. He met the time schedule I had set. He took out walls, and put in new drywall, eclectical work and painted. I will use him again, when I need more work done.

Sharky Llc did a pool remodel for me. He was professional, and cost effective. He met all the deadlines that were set for the project. The project included drywall, electrical and painting. I would not hesitate to use him for another project.

Permits

After Shawn changed the settings in my pool, I came home to a nearly flooded house!
Obviously I called him in distress, he told me to use a pump and he’d try and make it back out in a FEW DAYS!!!
I’m no contractor, but if you nearly flood someone’s home, you address them the situation IMMEDIATELY!
Far from impressed with his service or his attitude.
And yes - the SPA is supposed to be full. When I returned it was almost empty!!
In addition - the sensor issue that he came here was never fixed. He took it upon himself to make all these changes to my Schedules, Pumps, etc. I would’ve been better off without Shawn ever showing up at my house.
As you can see - Shawn advised me to shut off my entire pool and her return in a few days to address. Would anyone accept that? In addition, he was never concerned about the issue HE created. Mostly concerned about being paid!
Shawn has commented that my pool wasn’t taken care of, blah blah blah and also bringing my wife’s comment into this, which you are a liar - she stated we’ve had nothing but problems with the pool.. hence you being hired and approved by ME and ELEVATE!
And why would I expect anything for FREE? I have a home warranty that pays you (not this time). I wouldn’t hire this company to maintain a pond.
Fact of the matter is - HE changed my settings and it almost flooded my home, PERIOD!
