    My experience with this team was great. They did a quick tear down of the old roof and before you knew it the team was there putting on the new one! Team was very nice and professional. During the job we had them update our insulation in the attic which ended up being a breeze. Later a group came out and put up our new gutters too which turned out great. They also did a small side roof over our sauna and threw in some dry rot work with some new framing and plywood around the top of the sauna to better stabilize and secure everything. Over the 4 to 5 day project Mr. Wells was frequently on-site to make sure everything was going according to plan and I had ample opportunity to talk things over with him as he made sure everything was going to my satisfaction.

    This is the second project I've worked on as an Architect within the last 5 years. K. Wells is a very knowledgeable, smart, personable, experienced general contractor. The sub-contractors who did all the HVAC, plumbing, electric, etc. on this job supplied on time service . We had a very short work window and Mr. Wells met the deadlines. Plus all the people he employs are available, good communicators, neat, clean, respectful as well as being very hardworking .

    I needed my kitchen remodeled and some new flooring .I didn't know who to trust or call.However, my husband knew just who to call and referred me to Sharp Edge Construction Company. Let me just say that he couldn't have made a better choice!!! At first it started out as me wanting a few things but each time these guys completed work,I found myself requesting more. You will not be the least bit disappointed with this company and the skills they provide trust me!     closet and deck restoration

    I am disappointed with the unprofessionalism displayed by Richard Pryor (Contractor). I entered into a contract with this contractor for a closet renovation and deck restoration June 2017. I was told by this contractor that this work would be completed in one week. It's almost three months later and the work is not completed. I made two payment installments and got robbed by Richard Pryor who never completed the work nor did he purchase all the materials needed for the job and never did anything to repair my deck. I should be refunded some money to hire another contractor to complete the repairs. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

    Rick Pryor promised to complete my upstairs home in a month, I saw him twice after he got my $3,000. He put up 2 ceiling and Saturday was a no show, no call, I asked him & Mr K. Wells for my money back and been getting run around since

    After looking into the matter further I had discovered that the company had given you Ms. Smith an estimate for repairs , however we never entered into a contract. It is a misfortune that you worked out a side deal/bartering of some sort that went sour. I have since stopped using him as an independent contractor for estimating/project management after learning about this side deal. We honor our contracts and we guarantee our work.     These guys are perfectionist bottom line! They exceeded every one of my expectations. They are contractor generals in my book! Presentation is everything and when people walk into my home they are presented with an ultra-modernized Morrocan themed paradise get away. Lol. The work compliments theme and vice versa!
