Working with Mr Sharp of Sharp General Building, preparing the documentation and pricing for a Commercial Development of a Fraternity Suite Project is proving to be a fantastic experience with his very detailed knowledge of the field in which he has practiced, even though most of the recent contracts have been in the residential market, it is evident from working closely with him on several other potential projects, he has the smarts to get a project of the size he is now contemplating into contract and underway. It is our experience to review what builders, developers and principals working with large commercial projects in a Project Management role and to coordinate with them and their team to ensure the necessary funding to complete a project is secured in full before breaking ground. We hope to see Mr Sharp complete many such projects that have the Survivors of Veterans as the beneficiary. Andrew H. Meyer (SPR Group)
