Shaghnessy contracting did poor work on our roof, it leaked right after they replaced it and they never showed up to repair their work, even though the roof was still under warranty. Jeff is rude and unreliable. They also left dumpsters in front of our house for weeks after the work was done. We had to hire another company to come reinstall roofing to repair the poor work the Shaghnessy's did.

My name is John Pellegrino. We had Shaughnessy install our roof in January of 2015. We have a skylight that is leaking. We called last year to get it fixed and supposedly it was fixed in December of last year. Due to the amount of rain we have had over the past few days we noticed it is leaking again. We have never had a problem with these skylights after they were installed in 2003 until the installation of this new roof. I have tried to call but your mailbox is not set up to leave a message so thought I would contact you this way. The roof looks beautiful and we are pleased except for this leaking skylight. How can I contact someone to fix this?
