Quality of their work was fine. Price was fine. But unfortunately the customer service has been neither professional or prompt. They basically got about half way done with the project, then just ran me around for months saying they would have someone back out to finish, and that has never happened after being told several times over the last few months that it would. I would have appreciated if someone would have just been upfront and told me they could not get to this, instead of wasting my time and delaying my timeline for selling this property.
