Worst experience I have ever had. Building my own house and picking everything out was a dream to me, however these people do not care about customizing anything. I was not asked about anything, they did what they wanted to do without checking with me. Extremely poor communication. Quite frankly the worst communication I’ve ever witnessed. They also built our neighbors house and they have the exact same experience.

I do not recommend this builder at all! You would think building a house (your very first home I may add) would be fun., exciting and you can make it your own, well that completely the opposite of what happened during this experience. There is literally 0 communication and getting a response from them is literally like pulling a tooth that isn't ready to come out. We have spoken with others who also had their house built by them and received the same experience as us, not a good one at all. They will tell you yes they can do things, but then when it comes time to doing them or fixing something they literally stop answering you and you have to fend for yourself and pay more money out of pocket to get things done. I would strongly advise people not to do business with them.
