I would not recommend Shawn Favreau under any circumstances!
I contracted with Mr.Favreau to do a major renovation. Everything was proceeding along. Then unexplained delays, days without work being done. Then I began to be contacted by subcontractors about Shawn Favreau bouncing checks and they were asking me to pay. Eventually I fired Fareau because he kept asking for more and more money and nothing was being done even though he was holding a large amount of my money.
I have contacted him several times, but he refuses to return my money or make good to the subcontractors- Favreau has left me in a big mess!
