He does very nice work, for a very decent price. I really appriciated that he explained to me what he was going to do to my house before doing it, and broke everything down for me.

I definitely recommend Shawn. I own a rental property in Latrobe but live out of state and Shawn kept me updated on the progress of the projects, called me regularly, and sent me pictures of the work. He did the masonry and painted in my basement, installed a power vent, installed a new roof, and interior ceilings, plus re-did the back porch.
