I have a wonderful HVAC guy now! In fact, I would love to put Shawn Lambert on the good contractor's list. He is the one who rescued me out of this year long nightmare. I had a dozen other HVAC guys out to try to "fix" equipment that was "unfixable" and not one of them told me that that i needed to place a claim and tell the guy to remove all the equipment and get the proper equipment for my house size. Shawn was the only one. I had no idea I had that option until Shawn...which is why I didn't do anything for a year!
