Absolute scam artist. This company clearly has no idea how to install an HVAC system. You may save a few bucks but when the system breaks and floods because the technician installs it completely wrong, you’ll pay for it. Licensed technicians that reviewed the install by McConnell said that the way the AC unit was installed looks like someone was new to the job and didn’t have a clue what they were doing, yet clearly tried to cover up their trash job. Horrendously unpleasant and unprofessional people to deal with as well. Only person who seems to have brain cells is the office admin. STAY AWAY.
