Provided a battery back-up pump system in our basement. When it failed the same night he installed it, he gave us the run around in scheduling an appt for him to fix it. Once we did finally schedule a date, he was a no show and has refused to return our phone calls for the past 10 days. We DO NOT recommend his services. He will not even come over to see what is wrong!
