They repaired a delapidated wooden chimney chase with difficult access yet managed to do a quality repair in a timely manner. They also installed an exterior door and trim.     We have used Shaz Construction for 3 projects at our home. The most recent was a major exterior project that involved replacing siding, windows, roof, and a complete paint job. Attention to detail was observed daily, and many hand crafted solutions to issues were done without question. His workers were dedicated to the job at hand and all were very pleasant to work with. We appreciate all his hard work and recommend his services to anyone who truly wants quality work and service.

    rid me of dry rot,repail the facade .

    I had a great experience in having Shaz Construction doing all that was needed to my home.He did a great job, ridding my house of dry rot, replacing what needed to be removed and then painting the entire house . He cut no corners and uses high quality materials in doing so. He always explained what had to be done and why. I would highly recommend him and as a matter of fact I already. have . He will be the one I call if I ever need something else done.

    We've had the pleasure of using and looking at the stylish bathroom you remodeled for us. Everything is working perfectly and we no longer fret about the floor or tub giving way because the beams are ready to cave into the basement. Our newly installed pipes drain swiftly; the fixtures look and work perfectly; the outdoor vent pipe and re-graded asphalt landing drained perfectly in the recent rain; the shower and floor tile fit perfectly and everything you did to improve the home is greatly appreciated. Had it not been for you, we would have never known that the heater was not properly vented and might result in a fire. It's was re-vented at no cost to us and now the heater totally heats the entire home within ten-minutes of being turned on . . . it's glorious!

    We don't know what we would have done without you; thank you so, so much for your major efforts on getting our home properly repaired. As you're aware, we'd use your services in the future.

    I am pleased to recommend Shaz Construction and Design, and its owner Firooz Sahaleh, known more intimately as 'Shaz', for all construction, remodeling or renovation projects that you may envision.

    Shaz has worked on two extensive repair and upgrading assignments for me in Sausalito, during the better part of one year during 2011 and 2012.

    He is capable of all types of construction projects and possesses skills in all phases of construction, including all exterior and interior projects, from the very basic heavy supports and new concrete surface for a four-car carport, to complete replacement of dry-rot damaged sub-flooring and complete remodeling of bathrooms and kitchens, to interior and exterior painting, to electrical and plumbing requirements, as well as skylight and window and deck doorways. In short, Shaz is a jack of all trades and a master of all trades. If very specialized work is required, such as hardwood floors, new carpeting or the installation of a gas insert for a fireplace, he has worked with many specialists in such areas and can serve as a general contractor selecting the most expert ones and supervising their work.

    Shaz is punctual, keeps his promises, is realistic in time and cost estimates, and most importantly, has an old-world pride in the quality and look of any construction project he undertakes.

    Based on the excellent work he did for me on my two Sausalito duplexes, I can confidently recommend Shaz for any construction projects that you may have.
