  The owner of She Paints informed me that she could do tile work. I contracted her to replace the tile in two bathrooms. She needed a portion of the funds as a draw in order to get started. She was given five hundred dollars in advance. She then proceeded to pull up the tile in both bathrooms at the same time. In addition she also removed both toilets at the same time as well. This all transpired on a Wednesday. She did not return the following day. So both of my bathrooms were rendered inoperable. I tried to contact her over the course of the next five days. I even drove to the address that was listing and could not find the location. On the following Tuesday being six days later she finally returned my phone call. Her excuse was that her sister in Florida was involved in an issue with her boyfriend, so she drove from Tennessee to Florida to assist her. Yet I repeatedly left her voice messages over the course of five days. I believe her name is Jessica Smith if that is even a real name. She completed the work over the next several days. She had an assistant that was a pregnant lady. My wife and I both took a few days off from work to monitor their activities. As a prior employee of a local police department I have become very familiar with the odor or scent of a person that is involved of the usage of meth or crack cocaine. This was the scent that emitted from the pregnant assistant. The work was completed. Exactly two weeks later all of the mortar and grout cracked including within the shower and around the toilet. Water leaked from the second floor to the first floor. All of the workmanship has come undone. The quality of work is below poor. I later found that they had poured their excess mortar in several large clumps on the side of my home throughout the lawn. It has been about five or six months and I still attempt to call every once in a while to see if I can get someone to return my call to no avail. I now have to pay someone else to redo every single thing she did. My toilets are not secure to the floor. It is the worse most awful contracting experience ever. I would not allow this company to in my home ever again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
