This man Joe had installed a boiler about a year ago at my parents house.
A year later the house isn't heating and hearing noise from it.
We call him up to come by and check on it.
He comes and notices we got a new water heater from a different company.
It was an emergency & my parents were not in the country so we couldn't find his number.
He came in saw it and walked out angry telling us to call the other company to fix the boiler HE installed.The guy is a jerk. He is butt hurt easily. Clearly 1 year in his work doesn't last.
I would NOT recommend anyone give him business.

Shelmet was subcontracted by a general contractor to do a bathroom renovation project. Every single thing these guys touched has fallen apart or not been done correctly. We had a disastrous multi-story toilet leak from a toilet that wasn't connected/sealed correctly, ruined vanity from a leak from plumbing under the sink, poorly attached fixtures that had to be reinstalled, and leaking sump discharge. I have paid more than $10,000 in the past few years to pay for the damage of their work, and it has only been 2 years since they did it. Shame.
