He does beautiful work and is meticulous until he is done. HOWEVER, I found two things that needed correcting- one within a week of completion and the other a while later. I took care of the first thing myself because after 2 weeks he still hadn't returned to make the adjustment. The same thing happened with the second 'repair'. I waited 3 weeks, texting almost daily with no reply so I fixed it myself. Fortunately, Sam's work is great so these were minor things but a bit irksome that once he is paid, he doesn't follow through.
