    Dont sign the contract with these cons…. You will never hear from shad once construction starts. They will short cut every sspect that dont get inspected by codes. After your mechanical walk thru it becomes like a game to them on how many ways they can get over on you. Shallow threats of law suits. I hope this review saves a family from the horrible experience that we endured for 2 years.
