During the boom the homes were built much better when Mike Clark was installing the doors,windows and trim. I'm not sure who he uses now but I know the quality has gone down hill dramatically. The Orla model is just cheaply constructed. The Seinne is much better constructed reguardless of it being a more expensive home.John is very difficult to work with and doesnt care to much about the subs building his homes and it shows in the construction at times.Would I recommend him, only if your a gamblerbecause it is literally a crap shoot.
