Sherman Oaks Painting is by far the best experience we have had with painting contractors. The quality of the work and the service is phenomenal. I would highly recommend this company for any size project.

I would give a 0 star if possible. Adriano quoted me a price of $200 to wash inside, outside, and sills of my house for about 26 windows. He came and only washed the insides of all and only 6 outsides. My husband removed the screens for the ones in the family room on the first floor. My husband would have removed all the screens in the house but Adriano said he would come back and do all the outsides and sills. After resheduling a few times and after my husband removed all the screens in the house for the day he was suppose to show up he said he would instead give me a $75 refund. After not receiving the refund in a week I reached out to Adriano and he said he was not going to refund me or finish the windows because I threatened to call the BBB on him. He also called me liar that I did not receive his emails. When he sent me a picture of his email he sent to me it was addressed to the wrong server. My server is @msn.co not @msm.com He obviously typed it in incorrectly but assumed I was lying that I didn't receive the emails. So I have contacted BBB, the Attorney General's Office, and have written a few reviews. When a business owner calls a customer a liar I think that is atrocious. I will also be filing a small claims case against Sherman Oaks Painting LLC. It is about the principle of this now. Adriano will not even email me back any reasons (at the correct email address) and I have lost all contact with him. If you want to do business with a person (company) like this, feel free but I would hire another window washing company.
I called Sherman Oaks Painting bc I needed some interior walls painted. I have textured walls so the work was not the most straight-forward. The prior owner had painted with flat paint so there were usage marks all over the place. I spoke with Adriano. He was professional and prompt. He scheduled a meeting, showed up on time. He was clean - haha That was a bonus compared to some of the people that showed up to give me a quote. His prices were competitive and he completed the work exactly as quoted. There were no surprise charges. His employees were polite and the work was even completed a two days early! I was so excited to be able to move my furniture back a day early! WOW! A contractor that did what he said he would do at the price he said he would do it and even finish two days early! Unheard of!!! To top it off, the actual paint work was excellent and my walls look beautiful!!
