The worst. Don't pay him he'll pull a disappearing act.. poof he's gone! Meanwhile we have a laundry list of problems to fix in our home. Have to lawyer up. So sad that it has to come to this. I have over 437 text messages, phone calls and emails to present in court. I have to file, it's the only way I have a chance to see Josh. He must be in witness protection he's untraceable. No morales, or business integrates whatsoever. Claims to be religious go figure

Sherwood Outdoors built both my pool and pavers driveway, both of which I was forced to file two separate Registrar’s of Contractors workmanship claims. I contacted their offices by calling, texting and emailing dozens of times with no response, finally my two leaks were addressed after I hired an outside leak detector company to locate the leaks. I also have issues with my pool rain feature being faulty, dumping water in one spot not evenly distributed. Again, after dozens of attempts and months of back and forth they attempted to repaired the rain feature but not to the original standard. After the repair attempt, they informed me that it was as good as it gets.
Now, let me share my pavers ordeal, Sherwood installed the pavers without digging the grade to proper depth that would allow for the standard building practice amount of compacted sub strain instead they placed the pavers on top of 2 to 4 inches of sand. After a rain storm the pavers sunk anywhere any thing was parked on the driveway. With no regard to correcting or taking responsibility for the issue I was again forced to file an ROC claim. The ROC found that the sunken spots needed to be repaired and after doing so, 10 months later my driveway looks like a patchwork quilt with no consistency in color match. I have found that Sherwood Outdoors hides behind the decisions of the ROC and will not stand behind their work until they are literally forced to do so. Please you have the choice when choosing contractors choose wisely and be advised.
