    Communication was a problem from the beginning. We have to have 3 exterior door frames replaced due to poor install. Almost all the door in the home do not close properly. We got little to no input into our kitchen, and when we wanted to change some things, we got a lot of push back from the builder. I thought we were building a custom home. The tile on the fireplace and in the kitchen needs to be replaced. The kitchen tile has many of the grout lines that do not lineup. The fireplace tile was cut with an angle grinder and the edges are uneven and jagged. The fireplace was not hooked up correctly and it got so hot the first time we used it cracked the tile in multiple places. The floor was damaged and just left. The fiberglass surround in the spare bathroom is cracked. We never got a final walkthrough with the builder. The home was left in a state of disarray. I had to spend many hours craping drywall mud off the garage and basement floor. All of the door locks have different keys, the keys were just left in a large pile in a drawer. All the paperwork for the home was just left in a pile in a cabinet and nothing was organized. They were demanding their final payment before we had our occupancy. We never got a final statement for the build just a number. The builder did not like my review and we had to have them come back to the home for some HVAC work. I had to work that day but threatened my wife that if I did not take the review down, he would call the building dept which he has many friends at and report the deck I built without a permit. I would absolutely never recommend this builder or ever work with them again.
