Dan from Shielded Pool Protection measured incorrectly for our new liner. Was 2 months late and after the liner didn't fit and the plumbing was defective we were told that you "Can't put lipstick on a pig". What's odd is that the liner has been reordered with the same manufacturer who stated that they sent an email questioning his sizing and signed in moments. Dan assured us that he and his family would do the job but they just subbed the job and were nowhere to be found until things went sideways. His solution - a heat gun for the liner that was wrong. Dan has disappeared. Dan will not respond to calls or texts for weeks....just took the deposit and ran. If you know Dan or are Dan, could you please respond. We would love to avoid taking him to court and simply want a refund for the products that he could not deliver on. Attached are pictures of how things appeared when he abandoned the property. Again - if you are Dan or know Dan I simply want my deposit back as we had to start from scratch. Please tell him to call me to avoid court.
