    Draw up plans for an ADU

    My husband and I had the pleasure. Of working with Shine Invest in 2022. We had Miss Rubi draw up plans for a 1021 sqft house located in our back yard. This was our first time doing such a big project. Rubi guided us through the beginning process and was there to answer any questions we had. She kept us informed on all the different stages of the project. Very personable, honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Shine Invest.
