    Remodel bedroom, kitchen, and all repairs that were in covered in the Home Inspection.

    We had a terrible experience with this unprofessional owner and company. We made a counter offer on a house purchase based on the repair estimate given by Shipshape’s owner, Bred Lesser. We got the house, the work from shipshape began. They were so disorganized and could not follow through on scheduled production dates or be professional in their communication skills or work. Ultimately, we voiced our concerns over their lack of follow through and workers not showing up when scheduled and instead of apologize and turn around the sinking ship, they decided to ghost us and abandon the incomplete job because their feelings got hurt over us questioning the lack of follow through. It completely ruined our relationship with them, as we planned on throwing them tons of business with each upcoming house purchase.

    We have bought 2 more houses since this horrible event with Brad Lesser, who is unfortunately a low-brow and lazy contractor. Our experiences with two other GC and real estate teams (in different State’s) has been great, proving the problem really was Lesser and his totally disorganized and unprofessional company. Please check all reviews thoroughly online before hiring. This owner has his family members and friends writing dishonest 5 star reviews. Best of luck.
