    Disappointing service commitment by this company! This company does pool wiring heaters, lights etc., in August 2020 just a few months ago we had them replace our pool lights- just under $2500.00, when putting the new lights in the electrician did not have something needed on his truck so he sent my husband to the local hardware/pool store to get some type of clamp at our cost ok no problem. In late January early February 2021 just a few months later the light is floating in the pool so we called they finally came out and said oh the water is too cold we will come back when it warms up, Really ! Have you ever heard of a wet suit. We will call every month until we can get them to fix this issue but very frustrating! Maybe when you do expensive pool wiring you should tell the customers if the water isn't like bath water we won't warrantee our work or product until it is. Very disappointing !

    Very bad. This company covers my warranty on my pool heater. My heater made a terrible racket and I had to turn off. They came unannounced. They claim a dead frog got into my fan blade. I was there and no frog---just orange plastic material. But the frog not part of my warranty---soooo---$130.00. So somehow a frog jumped 4 feet onto the top of my heater ---died--- because too far to jump down. I complained---never received a return call. Do not use these people---can not be trusted. Bob

    worst contractor ever.
    they did the electrical work for our pool. the pool pump has been non operational 1/2 the time from june 7th 2013 - june 16th 2013, and has completly quit working on the 16th of june. pool was installed may 16th 2013. on 6/18/13 they rewired breaker to try and get it to work, pump ran for 1 hour, called them on 6/18/13 to tell them this that it triped the breaker and wont run longer than 5 min without triping it. they returned on 6/26/13 replaced breaker, pump still not working, 6/27/13 replaced drive tested breaker still not working, 7/1/13 desplay showed over curent, replaced drive and breaker found pump needs new moter. was toled on 7/2/13 that it may be monday july 8th to get part.
    pool cant be filtered all this time.
