  Build a new home

  Long overdue review , been enjoying the house all summer ! Erik, Built our custom Modular Muncy home in North Wildwood NJ this past year,. We were extremely happy with how he managed and delivered this new home with quality and speed! We Demo'd our old home in Late Nov. of 2019, then working with Shore Modular ( Erik) we ordered a new custom 2000 sq ft home first week of Jan. of 2020( Customized Muncy home - Grand Isle). Erik took care of the new foundation( raised 9 ft , full cinderblock garage) and our new home was set on March 13th 2020 , and we moved in on June 25th of 2020 ! ( 3 1/2 months after the set ! this was all accomplished in the middle of the pandemic !) Erik managed all aspects of the build which included 3 exterior decks, flooring installation, a beautiful 1000 sq foot garage, tile work in the 3 bathrooms. Erik also recommended sub-contractors he has worked with for driveway , patio, fence and kitchen countertops. I had interviewed 5 different modular home builders before selecting Shore Modular and I have no regrets in doing so. All in all we had an excellent experience with Shore Modular( Erik Chodnoff). Now we enjoy beautiful North Wildwood sunsets from our upper deck.

  Didnt hire. Was unpro

  We looked at so many places. The owner of this place is a not courteous at all. Very unprofessional. Go elsewhere.

  My wife and I worked for big companies where our duties caused us to come in contact with many building contractors, good and bad. Erik and Shore Modular is one of the best contractors we have worked with. Our house was built on time and is beautiful. We experienced few problems since Erik was always available to address any issues. We would work with Erik again.

  Rebuild

  Had a wonderful experience with Shore Modular. Would highly recommend their services. Erik was always available to answer questions and always on the job site. Came in within budget and am incredibly happy with the finished project!

  I had a very bad experience dealing with the owner, Erik. There was property damage to both the home I was living in and the new building site. Erik cut the sills on my foundation and trapped all the wires going to the main electric panel between the house and foundation. Took 3 months to get him to work on repairing the sill. Left the building a lot of mess. Refused to provide a house warranty even though advertised on his web site and listed in the material list. Structural Roof problem developed and Erik refused to fix the roof. I filed a civil lawsuit for damages.
