Never finished the job, he was too busy promising to return 'tomorrow, next week, etc, Workers installed ridge vent, but oops, they failed to cut a slot @ the ridge, so the ridge vents do not function. His solution? remove the cap shingles and vents so the slot can be cut, and reuse them. Hey, a new roof w/ cap shingles w/nail holes in them. He actually thinks that's ok.. Zinc strips were not installed, lots of nails/screws, shingle debris in bushes and on the lawn which I cleaned up, dumpster dropped at edge of driveway, leaving hole @ walkway/driveway-trip hazard 9resident is in her 80's and uses a walker and wheelchair. i had to fill the hole myself after no response from numerous email and phone messages. There's plenty more, but out of time. Stay away from this business.
