Shoreline recently installed a roof on our house. Their workers were not very respectful of our property. They broke a flowerpot, a flood light, loosened up a smoke detector and a recessed light in the house and disconnected the dryer vent from the plywood in the attic. Also, left over one hundred nails, one beer bottle and three beer caps. They closed the permit by using untreated pine across three seams, calking them and telling me that I had to paint them. I was told by inspectors this was a minimum repair but did meet code. It looks awful.

Had a roof redone by him in 09/2023 that has been leaking ever since. He came out once in 10/2023 and said the problem was fixed but the roof still leaks. Have called and texted many times with no response. The contract had a five year warranty so I will have to look into alternative avenues to get the problem resolved by the company.
