Shoreline Tile did an excellent job with our flooring and backsplash and it made our kitchen look elegant and new. He was able to put in a backsplash accent pattern for us "on the fly" after I found some accent tiles at the last minute. He and his team are flexible and professional.

We recently had our whole house tiled by shoreline, our builder uses them. It was a terrible experience. It took over a month for them to tile 2.5 baths, and a washroom. There was tile just waiting to be picked up and no one would do it, so I had to pick up tile and deliver it to them multiple times. In the last week I called to ask what was going on because it wasn't done yet and he said he would pick up the extra tile we needed and finish that day. Then he texts me at 2:30 in the afternoon and says be patient I cant make it for a few days but I will get it done and to hold on. So I tried to clarify that he wasn't picking up the tile (so I could again) and he lost it telling me that I shouldn't expect people to jump when I want them to and how he has a life besides my job and has all this personal problems and no time and that he is lucky to have him for what he's getting paid. Very unprofessional and he is saying all this after a month of being on the job, should have taken maybe a week and a half.. They are terrible to work with and will warn everyone I talk to.
