We hired Lance, Show Quality LLC, to complete a siding project of our house in 2018 after receiving a prompt bid estimate---the bid estimate said it would take approximately 2 weeks to complete (weather and schedule permitting) and we paid him 50% of the job cost upfront. There were delays in starting (moved from early AUG to SEP 18 start date) and it took him over 8+ months to complete the house siding project. We were notified the job was finally complete in JUN 2019. We're happy with the finished project and Lance's meticulous work, just not happy with the numerous delays and excuses (weather, workers not showing up, workers walking off the job, workers sick, etc…) to get the work completed in a timely manner. He additionally requested to be paid in full before the job was complete, so he ‘could pay his guys’. It took numerous phone calls, text messages on our end to verify the work was getting done or to find out when the work would be completed. Lance seems to juggle too many jobs and has chronic staffing/employee issues.

We are very pleased with the remodel of our bath. They were honest, friendly and did a quality job from demo to construction to to drywall to trim and cleanup, all work was complete and professional, including the mud, texture paint and molding, plus the job was finished on time and on budget. I will use them again and would recommend them to others.

Did not follow my description of the job. Hurried through the demolition of a wall, put in the insulation, then performed a sloppy tape & mud job that I had to redo on my own. It took me 3 days to get smooth and paint (partially because I was recovering from total hip replacement).

Show Quality LLC Employees
We hired Lance to paint our vacation house in Ocean Shores, exterior. Pleased with the work. We made some changes to paint colors, and added extra items to the list. This caused delays on our part. Weather is not always good for painting outdoors in Ocean Shores. This project has taken longer than expected. Lance felt bad about taking so much time, so he did a bit extra for us. Again, we find the quality of his work to be very good.
