My builder used this company to make a stone backdrop for a fireplace surround. Intentionally, an area was left empty of stone until the TV mount was installed. It took 3 months to get Showcase Masonry to return and fill in the empty area. They needed to be called many times. The first time they came back, nobody told me they were coming, and they did not bring enough stone with them. I gave them my name and two phone numbers, because they were supposed to return in a few days and I asked them to please call me first so I'd know when to expect them. That never happened, and I continued to be surprised by their random knocks on the door to fix the work that should have been done 3 months ago. The second time they came back, they brought the wrong type of stone and informed me that the kind I had was discontinued. The third time they came back, they brought stone they had on hand from a display (and I suspect a few stones not of the same batch to fill it all in). The workmanship was shoddy. They should have realized that the depth of the existing stone did not match the stone they used to fill in the empty space. The level of the filled in portion is noticeably lower than the original. They put the tv back on and it's not visible, but I think that the poor service and workmanship is worth noting.
