Our pool is leaking and has created a sinkhole. This company along with the other myriad of other company names it has gone through since they dug the first bucket of dirt returns our letters and refuses to return our calls. When we went to the storefront where we wrote the over $70,000 in checks to see if we could speak to someone to find out why they are ignoring us they threaten to call the police if we didn't leave the store. Our home is about to be condemned due to the sinkhole from the leaking pool and we can't speak to THEM but THEY can have us arrested. Isn't America great? I have the permit from Levy County Florida naming Brenda Ann Chilla DBA Showcase Pool and Spa. This has been going on for over a year and we are working with our third attorney to try to get this fixed. I wish I could post pictures.

They do a good job but it took them months to complete my pool. I ordered it late in the season last year Mid April and I felt like they were squeezing me in all the time. It takes time to manufacture the fiberglass pools so that took until August to have it delivered and placed in the ground. I must say they did everything they promised, the price was great, and the pool is of a good quality. Patrick the owner is involved and he cares about his clients. I recommend if they want a pool order it no later than March. If they want a fiberglass pool viking pools are the best and that is what they sell. I know that the vinyl pools are completed in about a month. They are in ground but a vinyl liner pools. I have a friend in Springfield and his neighbors on both sides got pools from Family Spas and Pools and they are very happy and the turn time was short, but I'm not sure which pools they got.

Waited 2 months for anyone to show up. Called/ texted them on occasion to check on their eta. Took me finally being annoyed to get anyone over. They replaced a topside control panel on my hot tub, left and it still doesn't work. The service man was nice, I'm not blaming him. The guy that schedules him though.... He's a complete liar! And bad at that, he lied at every corner. At one point he even told me that Mary esther was soo far away from pensacola. That's why they hadn't made it out. And that his worker was currently in Mariana. (2 hours farther away then Mary Esther). Avoid this shop at every cost. I'm out 400$ and my hot tub still doesn't work!
