I have a leaky roll-in shower that was done 2 years ago with CTW Abbey Carpeting and Flooring as the tile subcontractor, Shower Masters as the actual shower subcontrator and Urso Brothers, the contractor. Although CTW Abbey Carpeting and Flooring is helping they are NOT taking responsibility to fix it as it is a 3 company job.
I have had to call a different plumber to come and tell me what the problem may be. $143 out the window and the problem needs to be fixed by the contractor and subcontractor ShowerMasters, llc.
Neither Shower Masters nor Urso Brothers want to stand behind their work. Cain of URSO nor the main office at URSO don't return calls. I explained to Don of Shower Masters that we needed to work on a schedule and a plan. He didn't want to do that as he said he has put enough volunteer time into this project. He may check his schedule with his wife but if another $2000 job came in he was going to take that first. I said,"You sat on the bathroom floor and told me it was probably a waterproofing problem when you were here last." This was right before Thanksgiving 2012. He also stated he would stand behind his shower work. That isn't happening. Don of Shower Masters told me today that He is done with it. HE said I "just need to clean out my damn drain".
