If I could give Fermin a minus 5 stars, I would. Shoddy work, never kept deadline/schedule, very lousy family workers. Left over 100 paint cans on my driveway. Don't know why. I would guess 50 per cent of the renovation was not finished. He put an illegal mechanic's lien on the house because I wouldn't pay him. My attorney said the lien was illegal because my house has Homestead exemption. And he didn't include a SIGNED copy of a contract. He lied, said I signed it. I didn't. Sneaky guy. I must admit he was hired by my brother in law. We don't speak any more.
