    Washer warranty job
    $600

    The owner is irresponsible and abusive to clients. This company was assigned to a plumbing issue by the warranty company. He took the service request in Jan 1st week and till 3rd week of February it is not fixed. He pushed me to get the payment upfront to buy parts. However, anytime I call, he is either out of town or in training and it has to wait 2 more weeks till he is back. If I call in between to follow up, he started abusing using these word "Fuck You, do whatever you can", "You can not dictate my schedule, who do you think you are?". Stay away from this company, it is an one-man-show who is so unprofessional, unreliable and will leave you with regret
