I would rate Shurlow Custom Homes with negative stars if possible. Mr. Scott Shurlow’s website states he operates with “honesty and integrity”. He in no way meets either of those ideals. With condominiums he creates multiple associations and then plays a shell game with having one pay another’s expenses with the result his buyers pay HIS bills. He advertises personally on tours, via real estate agents and their advertisements plus on pamphlets and billboards that a clubhouse is part of a purchase price. Then without warning or justification he takes access away from his buyers.
